Where does Beeline Box ship?
We ship anywhere in the continental United States. (International shipping also available in some countries - email us at beelinebox@yahoo.com to inquire)
What is the delivery time frame?
All gift boxes are shipped USPS Priority Mail and are estimated to arrive within 1-3 business days from the date the order is placed. Please allow additional time during the holidays due to USPS volume and unforeseen delays.

What is your return and refund policy?
We take care to make sure each gift is packed to perfection and that each item is in excellent shape.  If something is damaged or broken, please let us know right away by emailing beelinebox@yahoo.com, and we will make it right.  Otherwise, all gifts are final sale.

 
Is Beeline Box shipping during COVID-19?
Yes.  However please allow an additional day or two for delivery.
Is it safe to send packages during COVID-19?
Yes.  According to the World Health Organization it is safe to send and receive packages even from affected areas.  Beeline Box is operating under extreme caution during this time.  Please contact us if you have any concerns.
How can I send multiple gifts to multiple addresses?
The simplest way to do this is by leaving a notes on the cart page when you check out.  Let us know which gift goes to which recipient.   If we have any questions, we will reach out to you.  If you would rather, you can order each gift separately or email us at beelinebox@yahoo.com and we will create the order for you.  Shipping charges will be the same for either option.
Can I order a gift now for a future send date?
Of course you can!  You can either leave a note on the cart page when you check out, or you can email us to request a future send date at beelinebox@yahoo.com.  We will send gifts 3-4 date prior to your requested delivery date to do our part in ensuring on-time arrival.
Can I customize my gift?
Yes!  If you you would like to customize your gift, please email us with the information at beelinebox@yahoo.com.  We currently do not have this option on the website, but will do our best to accommodate your needs.
Do you offer custom gifts for large events or corporate needs?
Yes!  We would love to design the perfect gift for your occasion.  Email us the details at beelinebox@yahoo.com, and we will be in touch with you shortly.
Can I split a subscription box to multiple recipients?
Absolutely!  You can either leave a note on the cart page when you check out, or you can email us the recipient for each month at beelinebox@yahoo.com
